Nirapath Acupuncture clinic is located in Lexington Center, the town of Lexington, Massachusetts. It offers Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine consultation. Its specialty is pain, stress reduction, sleep, fertility and women's issue.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture has known to be effective for many conditions. The clinic incorporate various techniques from various school of Japanese Acupuncture and Chinese Acupuncture to practice a safe, gentle and effective treatments. We provide treatment for children from the age of 6 and up with the Japanese Pediatric Acupuncture (Shonishin). We also treat fertility and women's issues, sport injury, pain management as well as family acupuncture practice.

The Treatment

Most people find the Acupuncture treatment very relaxing, especially Japanese Acupuncture is known to be the most gentle form but as effective as any other form of acupuncture. The treatment is about 15-30 minutes long.

 The patients usually feel relaxed after the treatment. Some may find the treatment is energizing, some might find the treatment is calming. Most of the people feel better than when they first came in.

Preparation for the First Visit

It is crucial to bring the doctors' report and diagnosis and (a list of) medication that currently taking. Since major of the points would locate on arms and legs, wearing loose and comfortable cloth is recommended. There are some times that the treatments may not be done in the affect areas but many times the affect areas may require the treatment. Loose fitting cloths are easy to move around and the treatment would be easily given without removing cloths.
